LE Concepts is a Chicago-based staffing and security consulting firm. We place licensed executive protection and security personnel — drawn from law enforcement and the military — on corporate, private, and event assignments — Chicago-based, available nationwide.
Our approach
Bring us the problem. We'll build the answer.
You don't need to show up knowing how many people it takes or what the post plan should look like — that's our job. Tell us what you're worried about: a venue, a person, a date on the calendar. We come back with a written plan built around it. In practice, that work usually takes one of these shapes.
Event & Venue Security
Gate and bag check, credentialed and VIP areas, overnight site security. Multi-day festival and fairground coverage with rotating posts and a supervisor on shift.
Security Staffing
Licensed officers supplied by the shift, the weekend, or the season. Scheduling, timesheets, supervision, and billing stay with us — you get covered posts and one invoice.
Security Consulting
Site and threat assessments, written post orders, staffing plans, and training standards for organizations that run their own security and want it done right.
Discretion
What happens on a detail stays on the detail
For most of our clients the real exposure isn't physical — it's what gets repeated afterward. Confidentiality is written into how we staff, not left to good manners.
Written Confidentiality
Confidentiality agreements are standard on our client engagements and officer assignments.
Need-to-Know Briefing
Officers are briefed on what the post requires. Client business, family, and calendar are not part of a standard briefing.
No Names in Marketing
We don't publish client names, photos, or logos in our marketing — including this website.
Records Stay In-House
Schedules, timesheets, and detail notes are kept internally and not shared with third parties.
Nothing on Social
Posting, tagging, and checking in from a detail are prohibited under our conduct standards. Personal phones stay away on post.

Process
How an engagement runs
Step 01
Scope call
Dates, hours, venue, posture, and exposure. Usually fifteen minutes.
Step 02
Staffing plan, agreement & retainer
Written post assignments, headcount, and rates under a signed service agreement. A retainer reserves the dates and the assigned personnel.
Step 03
Detail runs and final invoicing
Final invoice itemizes hours and approved expenses, applies the retainer, and settles Net 30.
